PTSD: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

diagnosis:
1. The person experiences or witness an event that involves actual or threatened serious injury or death
2. The traumatised person responds to the situation with fear and helplessness
3. The traumatised person then experiences three sets of symptoms:
a) persistent reexperiencing of the traumatic event
b)a persistent avoidance of anything associated with the traum
c) heightened arousal that can cause people with PTSD to startle easily.

Today, I went to a dark, bad place and got 19 years of accumulated face dirt out of my pores.
it was badbadbad. pain. beyond imagination.
and now these bad images come back to me when i look into the mirror.
omg.
